From Roma Termini Station (On foot - 5 minutes)
The Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel is located less than 500 meters from Rome's main railway hub. Once you exit the station onto Piazza dei Cinquecento, take Via Cavour and immediately turn right into Via Giovanni Amendola, which then becomes Via del Viminale. You will find us at number 38, exactly opposite the Opera House.
From Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci - FCO):
By train (Recommended): Take the non-stop Leonardo Express train which will take you directly to Termini Station in about 32 minutes. From there, continue on foot for 5 minutes following the directions above.
By car/taxi: The airport is about 30 km away. You can take an official taxi (fixed municipal fare) or request our Private Chauffeur Transfer service (NCC) during the booking phase to arrive directly at the doorstep without waiting.
From Ciampino Airport (CIA):
By bus: Several shuttle bus companies connect the airport directly to Termini Station in about 40 minutes.
By car/taxi: The airport is about 16 km away. In this case as well, the fixed municipal taxi fare applies, or you can rely on our private transfer service.

Yes, the property is located within Rome's Historic Center Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The standard active hours for the ZTL are:
- Monday–Friday: from 06:30 to 18:00
- Saturday: from 14:00 to 18:00
- Sunday: unrestricted access
Please note: active hours, access requirements, and temporary restrictions may be subject to change by the Municipality of Rome. We strongly recommend checking official updated information before driving into the ZTL. For guests arriving by car, several private parking garages are located in the immediate vicinity, just outside the ZTL boundary about 100 meters from the hotel. This allows you to park conveniently without entering the restricted traffic zone.

The route is straightforward, entirely paved, and flat, making it very convenient even if you are traveling with luggage. You won't need to take a taxi or a bus to reach us once you get off the train.
Our location is strategic: we are located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera. With a walk of just 10-15 minutes, you can reach the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, and Piazza di Spagna.
